Kevin Nickerson is the Founder / Executive Director of GameBreakers Academy, a non-profit organization that mentors middle school young men. Kevin has an unrelenting passion to see young people transformed by the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. Kevin attended Central Missouri State University (CMSU) from 1998-2002 and graduated with a business management degree. He earned a 4 year, full athletic scholarship and was a stand out wide receiver, kick off and punt returner. He holds the NCAA-II records of punt returns for 8 touchdowns and combined kick returns for 10 touchdowns. He also holds the CMSU record for punt returns with 10. On July 9, 2005, Kevin was called to the ministry. Besides his passion for football, he has a greater passion for serving young people. His desires are to “teach young people to use their talents for Jesus Christ and not only for themselves! Kevin played professional football for 5 years in the CFL and AFL. He is going into his 7th season as the official Chaplain for the World Champion Los Angeles Rams. Kevin’s most notable roles are being a husband and father of 4.
